NVIDIA H200 GPU Infrastructure & Deployment_
Drop-in H100 upgrade with 141 GB HBM3e memory. Same infrastructure envelope, significantly more memory bandwidth for large model training.
What Is the NVIDIA H200?_
The NVIDIA H200 pairs the proven Hopper GPU architecture with next-generation HBM3e memory, delivering 141 GB of GPU memory—76% more than the H100. This makes it ideal for large language models and workloads that are memory-bandwidth constrained.
The H200 is designed as a drop-in upgrade for existing H100 infrastructure. It uses the same HGX baseboard, same power envelope, and same cooling requirements, meaning facilities already built for H100 can upgrade without infrastructure modifications.
